⌚️When to watch it: When you’re craving good ol’ Edna Mode shade.

Why watch it: Disney•Pixar’s long-awaited sequel to 2004's Incredibles became the fastest animated film to hit $1 billion at the global box office (47 days) upon its release in 2018, beating previous record holder Frozen. Aside from being one of only three dozen films to enter the exclusive billion-dollar club, Incredibles 2 was just damn entertaining, with Elastigirl taking the lead on secret superhero missions while her hubby, Mr. Incredible, struggled at his stay-at-home duties.

⌚️When to watch it: When you're preparing for Indiana Jones 5 dropping in 2021.

Why watch it: For the first time ever, Netflix is streaming the Indiana Jones franchise ahead of the film series’ fifth release in 2021. Yup, you can get your Harrison Ford fix by re-watching 1981’s Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, 1984’s Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, 1989’s Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and 2008’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

⌚️When to watch it: When you’re still confused about how to put on the condom.

Why watch it: Ever get caught masturbating? By your mom? That’s sort of the premise of this hilarious series starring Asa Butterfield as Otis, a virgin whose mom is a sex therapist more than willing to dole out un-asked-for advice. Otis turns it to his advantage when he teams up with outsider Maeve to start up a school sex-therapy clinic.

⌚️When to watch it: When you’re curious when my pie addiction started (you’re not).

Why watch it: “Any time of the day is a good time for pie,” Fabienne says sweetly in the 1994 crime flick Pulp Fiction. I was an impressionable 8-year-old when I heard her rattle off that line, and you can trace back my obsession to pies of all flavors to that moment. On a more important note, this Quentin Tarantino classic is regarded as his best work and one of cinema’s must-see films, with The Library of Congress adding it to its National Film Registry for its historic significance and cultural impact.

⌚️When to watch it: When you're hyped up on Ant-Man/Avengers theories. 

Why watch it: The Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly-led sequel to Ant-Man is the 20th release in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the first MCU film to include a female character in the title. And while the characters shrink to their namesakes, the humor grows throughout the lighthearted movie for guaranteed super-sized laughs.

Why watch it: Propelled by more than two dozen songs from The Beatles, this ambitious musical drama continued the long list of films inspired by The Fab Four. This one takes us across the universe of war and romance through the lens of angsty teens in the 1960s.

⌚️When to watch it: When the screams in your head aren't enough. 

Why watch it: This 1997 hit slasher film, which followed the success of Scream from the previous year, gave us the inspiration to hit the gym in our younger years (thanks to Ryan Phillippe's pre-death locker room scene) but also the irrational fear of ever leaving the comfort of the shower. Meat hook nightmares for decades!
