King Bezos has banned PowerPoint usage at Amazon’s executive meetings. The presentation tool has been replaced by a "narrative structure" meeting, which Bezos believes is more effective.

The "narrative structure" meeting begins with a 30-minute block of silence to allow employees in attendance the chance to read and digest a memo. After the time is up (no clue if a bell rings or what), everyone in the room discusses what they've read. "It's so much better than the typical PowerPoint presentation for so many reasons," Bezos said about the change.
