There's no real difference between the nuggets and the tenders as they are the exact same thing, but in different forms. That said, if you are a bit on the particular side like myself, there are days where you're either in the mood for the nuggets, or you're in the mood for the tenders. Why? Well for myself, sometimes I eat as I'm driving (not the greatest habit I know), and it's much easier (and less messy) to eat the nuggets while driving as opposed to the tenders.
