Aside from cherry-picking the hottest labels for the industry's biggest stars, the Nigeria native moonlights as a champion for young African talent. He is determined to spotlight Africa-based creatives with his charity project We Are New Africa (WANA). "I honestly believe that the philanthropic and activism and social work that I do is the most important thing in my life," he tells us.
