All Elite Wrestling is gunning for the ultimate double-header at the end of August and during the first Sunday of September. It's such a mind trip to think about how the incredible roster of AEW will be taking the spotlight in London, England at Wembley Stadium and competing a mere week later in Chicago, Illinois at the United Center. On September 3, the dedicated men and women who ply their in-ring trade in AEW will do battle on PPV once again at All Out. Before everyone gets to watch all the action unfold in Chi-Town, allow me to cover all of the officially announced matches for the show with my AEW All Out 2023 predictions.

AEW All Out 2023: Matches and Predictions
Here are Some Quick Predictions for Three of the Zero Hour Matches:
Athena, Mercedes Martinez, and Diamante vs. Hikaru Shida, Willow Nightingale, and Skye Blue - I think the babyface ladies (Shida, Willow, and Blue) are walking away with the win here!
Over Budget Battle Royal - I'm predicting a victory for Keith Lee!
The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and Billy Gunn (c) vs. Jeff Jarrett, Satnam Singh, and Jay Lethal (AEW World Trios Championship) - The House of Ass are retaining their titles, folks!
AEW All Out 2023 predictions
Bullet Club Gold (Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Jay White, and Juice Robinson) vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson)
Preview & Predictions: Just a few days after putting on a banger of an AEW World Tag Team Championship at All In, FTR and The Young Bucks have agreed to put their differences aside to join forces at All Out. The true stars of Collision aka "The Bang Bang Gang" ran up in Matt and Nick Jackson's locker room while the brotherly duo were chatting up Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood. The immense (and hilarious!) disrespect put on display by Bullet Club Gold led to a challenge that has resulted in this eight-man tag team match being booked for this PPV. Here's hoping this match kicks off the show because it has all the potential to start All Out on a high note. For my first bit of AEW All Out 2023 predictions, I'm calling a win for The Young Bucks and FTR that will come courtesy of back-to-back team finishers from both teams to either Juice Robinson or a member of The Gunns.
Miro vs. Powerhouse Hobbs
Preview & Predictions: HEY BIG E...MAKE SURE YOU'RE TUNING INTO THIS ONE! Because this meeting between two of AEW's perpetually pissed-off behemoths is going to be a mighty fine display of big meaty men slappin' meat! Ever since Collision started airing, both Miro and Powerhouse Hobbs have gone on a tear against a series of helpless victims to showcase their dominance. After so many teases pertaining to these two possibly getting in the ring, the fans finally got confirmation of this match once Hobbs landed a nasty Spinebuster on "The Redeemer." Now the godless destroyer of men has his target set on Hobbs and will be looking to tear him to shreds at All Out. I'm fairly confident that this match is being set up to push Miro into an International Championship opportunity against its current holder, Orange Cassidy. And due to that sentiment of mine, I'm predicting a win for Miro via ref stoppage when Hobbs falls unconscious while locked in Miro's "Game Over" submission hold.
Eddie Kingston and Katsuyori Shibata vs. Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta)
Preview & Predictions: So we got the NJPW Strong Openweight Champion Eddie Kingston teaming with the ROH Pure Champion against the ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli and his fellow Blackpool Combat Club stablemate Wheeler Yuta. THAT'S A DAMN GOOD LINEUP FOR A TAG TEAM MATCH, I SAY! The elbow shots, uppercuts, big boots, and chops are going to be extra stiff and loud for this one. I get the feeling that Eddie will finally get one over on his mortal enemy Claudio by pinning him in this match. And due to that result, Eddie will get a rematch for the ROH World Championship at some point (I'm looking toward the AEW Grand Slam show on September 20 as the location for that future title rematch).
Luchasaurus (c) vs. Darby Allin (AEW TNT Championship)
Preview & Predictions: You know what's so crazy? I would have much rather have seen Christian Cage actively win the TNT Championship from Wardlow instead of Luchasaurus. Even though I love the fact that Christian can be seen on Collison walking around with the title as if he's actually the champion, it would have been so much better for him to play the part of the actual titleholder while his massive walking weapon stepped into the role of his belt protector. Nevertheless, Darby Allin will contend for a championship he once held and proudly defended during his memorable reign.
I would love to see Darby rip the TNT Championship out of the hands of his taller and much deadlier opponent to get that title back to its previous stage of legitimacy. But I feel like Darby is being put in this spot to help legitimize Luchasaurus' title reign by having the big brute overcome one of AEW's top stars. Christian will stick his head into this match's proceedings, of course. And as everyone expects, that distraction will give Luchasaurus the crucial opening he needs to destroy Darby once and for all. So yeah, I'm hedging all my bets on the TNT Championship staying with Luchasaurus and continuing to be worn by Sir Cage!
Kris Statlander (c) vs. Ruby Soho (AEW TBS Championship)
Preview & Predictions: Mama Stalnader is still going strong, y'all! As the TBS Champion, she's been holding it down on Collision these days and had quite the slept-on banger with Mercedes Martinez. Her other successful title defenses include wins over Lady Frost, Marina Shafir, Taya Valkyrie, Anna Jay, and Nyla Rose. Also, here's a big shout-out to her newfound partnership with Willow Nightingale, which has elicited some fun interactions and tag-team synergy here and there. I say all that to say this - I've been enjoying Kris Statlander's current reign as the Queen of TBS thus far. Next up on her list of challengers is Ruby Soho, a proud member of The Outcasts and someone capable of putting on a banger of a match with Kris if given enough time to do so. I foresee Kris enjoying her reign as champion for several more months on end, which is why I'm predicting another successful title defense for her here.
Bryan Danielson vs. Ricky Starks (Strap Match)
Preview & Predictions: My gut tells me CM Punk was slated to slide into Ricky Steamboat's spot for this Strap Match but...well, you know. Anyways, Bryan Danielson has stepped up to remind everyone why he's one of AEW's most reliable wrestlers and someone who can always be called on to bail the company out of a really bad situation. And with a visibly frustrated Ricky Starks who's ready to show and prove standing across the ring from him, I'm expecting greatness to be delivered by both men here. I hate watching my "Absolute" favorite take any sort of loss nowadays, but it's clear to me that the "American Dragon" has returned to fight for the honor of Steamboat and not lose in the process. My AEW All Out 2023 predictions make it clear that Danileson's leaving with the W here!
Samoa Joe (c) vs. Shane Taylor (ROH World Television Championship)
Preview & Predictions: Samoa Joe has been running strong as the "King of Television" by virtue of his ongoing reign as the ROH World Television Champion. Over on the ROH show, Shane Taylor has managed to build himself up to the number one contendership spot for Joe's title. And just like Miro vs. Hobbs, these two bruisers are set to provide us with a big-man war for the ages! Here's a crazy fun fact - Joe has held the ROH World Television Championship since April 13, 2022! And to be honest, I think he's going to run with that title for a couple more months right into 2024. I'm calling a victory for Joe here, obviously.
Better Than You Bay Bay (Adam Cole and MJF) (c) vs. The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds and John Silver) (ROH World Television Championship)
Preview & Predictions: Ehhhhhhhhhh...we're really going with The Dark Order, huh? Can't say I'm a huge fan of this matchup going into it, but I applaud TK for giving the more heelish and confident rendition of AEW's long-running duo a major shot on PPV for the ROH World Tag Team Championship. It would have made more sense for The OGK (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) to face Adam Cole and MJF based on the ongoing feud that includes a very miffed Roderick Strong. But I'm guessing that matchup is coming later down the line (Grand Slam in NYC, perhaps?). As for who's winning here, the team of Better Than You Bay Bay are definitely retaining their titles.
Kenny Omega vs. Konosuke Takeshita
Preview & Predictions: My jaw was on the floor when Konosuke Takeshita rolled up Kenny Omega to get the win for him and Bullet Club Gold at All In! I figured the babyfaces were going to prevail and in a quest for further revenge against Don Callis' "family," Omega would make the singles match challenge to Takashita for All Out. Instead, Callis is looking to rain on his former protege's parade even more by sending his newest young stallion into the ring with Omega to finally solidify Takeshita as the new ace of AEW. Now it has been a while since Omega won a singles match - his solo victory against Wheeler Yuta happened on the July 5, 2023, edition of Dynamite. I think after such a long run without prominent singles wins, Omega is due for a PPV W here that will finally give Callis a sample size of the comeuppance he so sorely deserves. I'm calling an Omega victory here after competing in one of the best matches of the entire evening!
Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Jon Moxley (AEW International Championship)
Preview & Predictions: I say this without a hint of sarcasm whatsoever - Orange Cassidy is a bonafide pick for 2023 Wrestler of the Year. The man has put on banger after banger...AFTER BANGER this year during an impressive reign as the AEW International Champion. But all those months of continued title defenses have led to plenty of wear and tear on the man. And now that's he arguably at this worst state from a physical standpoint, he's being pitted against the most lethal member of the BCC.
Jon Moxley has been a thorn in the Best Friends' side and now has opted to target the leader of that group in a bid to win his next singles championship. After delivering such an impassioned promo on the last Dynamite before this PPV, I'm of the opinion that all signs are pointing toward Orange pulling off his biggest victory to date. Even though he's in bad shape, my final piece of AEW All Out 2023 predictions leads me to envision this dream scenario - the closing moments of this match will see Orange muster up enough energy to connect with numerous Orange Punches to Moxley before planting him with a final Beach Break for the win!
