WWE Royal Rumble 2024: Matches and Predictions

Preview & Predictions: I know a lot of wrestling fans hate to admit it, but the fact of the matter is this - Logan Paul is HIM! Since entering the squared circle, Logan has shown the world that he's a natural when it comes to this whole wrestling thing. So much so that he's now walking around with the WWE United States Championship after defeating the great Rey Mysterio back at last year's Crown Jewel. After winning a tournament to grab the #1 Contendership position for the US title, Kevin Owens is now prepped to square up with Logan in an intriguing first-time matchup. Now I love me some "KO," but I and everyone else reading this right now know he's not getting his hands on the US Championship here. Logan is holding onto that title until 'Mania XL and dropping it to someone who's deserving of such a historic honor. I'll give you a clue as to who I think that is - YEAH! LEMME TALK TO YA!

Preview & Predictions: I'm cool with this whole multi-man setup for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship (I was half-expecting Roman Reigns to have yet another title match with Kevin Owens here since they've already faced each other twice at this event in years past). Reigns surely has its work cut out for him now that he has to contend with versions of Randy Orton & AJ Styles that are looking extra swole these days and the new "People's Champion" LA Knight. This has all the potential to be the Match of the Night as all four men will pull out all the stops to put on an early Match of the Year candidate here. My WWE Royal Rumble 2024 predictions point to this one ending with Reigns cutting through AJ Styles with a match-ending Spear while Orton and Knight are too incapacitated to break up the final pin. AJ can afford to take the losing pinfall here, in my opinion. I feel like Orton and Knight have big things prepped for them, so they have to keep looking strong as they get pitted against some marquee talent at 'Mania XL. Orton facing a disgruntled Nick Aldis and Knight coming up against Logan for the US Championship makes sense to me!

Preview & Predictions: THE LADIES ARE READY TO RUMBLE! You know what the deal is going to be like here, ladies and gentlemen - 30 women made up of the ladies from Raw, SmackDown, NXT, and from WWE's storied past will compete in this year's epic battle royale. Now when it comes to those surprise match entrants that get a mega pop from the crowd, my gut is telling me the returns of AJ Lee, Trish Stratus, Mickie James, Victoria, Liv Morgan, and Naomi will take place here. I'm also predicting Jade Cargill's first in-ring WWE appearance will go down during this very match! As for who will be the woman who'll start at the number one spot and survive until the very end of this match, I predict that woman will be Becky Lynch. The final four of this match will most likely be Bayley, Nia Jax, Becky Lynch, and Bianca Belair. As for who I think the victor will be, I'm placing all my chips on Bayley! That's because the storyline of Bayley getting booted out of Damage CTRL and getting her revenge by challenging her former stablemate Iyo Sky for her WWE Women's Championship has to culminate at 'Mania XL!

Preview & Predictions: THE MEN ARE UP! Unlike last year's Rumble, I think this year's match has way too much star power and unpredictability tied to it to NOT put it in the main event slot! The returning CM Punk is a part of this match, Cody Rhodes is stepping up to become a two-time back-to-back winner, and a ton of other big-name talent from the WWE's other brands are vying for the big win here. When it comes to surprises, here are the names I'm predicting for an appearance here - Sean "X-Pac" Waltman, Goldberg, Tajiri, Maven, Gangrel, Andrade "Cien" Almas, and a returning Dexter Lumis.

Who will be the man who will showcase his amazing stamina and last until the very end? LA Knight! The man is going to pull double duty on this show and emerge from this match as even more of a megastar. My WWE Royal Rumble 2024 predictions are pointing toward a final four lineup of Punk, Rhodes, Knight, and Drew McIntyre. As for who the winner will be, I know in my heart of hearts that it'll be Punk! He's cashing in his win to face Seth Rollins at 'Mania XL for the World Heavyweight Championship and will FINALLY fulfill his dream of being in the main event of WrestleMania. "But what about Cody finishing his story?" I'm fully expecting Cody to win an Elimination Chamber Match to earn another shot at Roman Reigns, so no need to worry!
