No community is more linked to the world of fashion than basketball. Whether it's pro hoops or the always-evolving street ball scene, fashion has been ensnared in a symbiotic relationship with basketball since Jordan first donned his Nike kicks in 1985. This week, NYC brand Siegelman Stable announced one of their most exciting projects to date, a collaboration between Siegelman Stable and the San Antonio Spurs.

Siegelman Stable Partners with the San Antonio Spurs for Capsule Collection
The five-piece capsule collection brings together the dusty landscape of Southwest Texas with the New York City vibe of Siegelman Stable's pieces. This collab marks Siegelman Stable's first such project with an NBA team, building on their numerous impressive partnerships in the few years since the brand's genesis.
“It’s super exciting to work with a team to put a collection together. It is one thing to see players wearing pieces in the tunnel walks, but when you can design something specifically for one team, it is really special. We tried to combine the unmistakable vintage Spurs colors, with our own twist,” says Max Siegelman, founder of the label inspired by his father's New Jersey-based stable.
The collaboration capsule combines the Spurs' classic fiesta colorway with some of Siegelman's signature silhouettes and styles. This is the first time the Stable's eponymous hat has seen such a major variation, featuring the brand's logo with the Spurs fiesta colorway logo in the background.
Just like all Siegelman Stable drops, a portion of the proceeds will benefit equine therapy. The Spurs and Siegelman Stable have partnered with RISE Therapeutic Equestrian Center in the San Antonio area, who’s very own horse, Pete, was featured in the campaign.
