So, it comes as a surprise when Margaret, a Canadian native, drops the bomb on Andrew that they need to pretend to be engaged in order to keep her Visa and allow her to keep her job in the United States. Of course, during the fake engagement, real feelings arise and… well its a rom-com, you know the rest.

The Hitman’s Bodyguard seems as though it may have been written specifically for Reynolds to perform in. He is able to showcase his range as an actor in his role as Michael Bryce, which requires him to pull off plenty of stunts while also keeping up with his witty banter that brings plenty of comedic relief to the action-packed film.
