Siegelman Stable and the New York Knicks Link on a Home Opener Collection

Nobody is doing it quite like Max Siegelman and Siegelman Stable. After their first NBA collab last year with the San Antonio Spurs, the NY-based brand hasn't slowed down, and just this month announced collections with two of NYC's most beloved professional sports teams. Earlier this week, they launched their collab with the NY Rangers, which released exclusively at MSG on the team's home opening night. And now, in a similar vein, the brand proudly returns to Madison Square Garden for their second NBA collaboration: Siegelman Stable x NY Knicks. When the Knicks take on the Boston Celtics in their home opener for the 2023-2024 season on October 25th, fans will have an opportunity to cop the two hats that represent the Big Apple's greatest hoopers. I caught up with Max Siegelman to hear a bit about what it was like to work with his hometown teams.

"It is exciting to work with any professional sports team, but having it be your hometown teams brings it back to a personal connection. Being a NY fan my entire life, it’s a dream to work with the Knicks on a project. Home opener for the hometown brand is super special," Siegelman tells me, before going on to explain the relation between the label and the city: "I think just being a New York brand, it's obviously super cool to be able to do something, to be a part of it."

The Siegelman Stable x New York Knicks collection includes two hat designs:

• Siegelman Stable Five-Panel Two-Tone Cap: a contemporary twist on a classic design, this five-panel cap features a two-tone color scheme with orange embroidery, combining style with the unmistakable Knicks’ essence.
• Dad Hat with the New York Knicks logo: A true homage to the Knicks, this dad hat proudly showcases the New York Knicks logo on the side, aligning with the established date of Siegelman Stable (1982), delivering a timeless look for basketball fans.

"For the dad hat, we kind of threw it back. My dad started this stable in 1982. So we went and brought it back to their logo from 1982 and used that as the side hit," Max explains the retro style of the dad caps for this collection.

As is always the case with the brand's gear, both hat designs are fully embroidered, ensuring that fans receive the highest quality and attention to detail.

These exclusive pieces will be available for purchase on October 25th at 5:00 p.m. ET only at the following stores inside of Madison Square Garden, while supplies last: the MSG Team Store at Chase Square, the Sixth Floor Concourse Store and the Delta Club Merch Stand.
